Huntly Mine Papers

Collection comprises one box of papers assembled by D.G. McRae about the coal industry. Includes mining papers, newspaper articles, handwritten notes, as well as copies of papers relating to the explosion at Ralph's Mine in Huntly in 1913.

• Explosion at Ralph’s Mine, Huntly.  Folder containing photocopies of:
  1.    Report by H.E. Holland of evidence at the enquiry. 1913 Maoriland worker pamphlet.
  2.    The Rules of the Huntly Union 1912 (November)
  3.    The Agreement between the Unions and the Employers December 1913.
